Birth to crawling – with mama’s.
A warm, gentle afternoon in the Roundhouse and around the forest garden, created especially for our littlest Wildlings and the people caring for them.
With the fire lit and plenty of time to settle in, we’ll begin with gentle mum & baby yoga – nourishing, restorative movement for postnatal bodies alongside songs, rhymes and natural movement with babies.
We’ll explore simple ways to support your baby through touch and movement, including baby reflexology, natural reflexes, digestion, teething and some of those common little challenges of the first year.
There’ll be time for a lovely relaxation too – because this session is as much about nourishing parents as it is about babies.
Afterwards, we’ll share a warm bowl of homemade soup, have time to chat, make something simple together and, when the weather allows, spend some time outside in our forest garden.
There is no expectation for babies to “join in”. Feed them, change them, let them sleep, cuddle them, walk around – whatever they need.
This is loosley a birth-to-crawling group, allowing us to create a calm space with a rhythm that really works for very young babies and their parents, rather than trying to meet the needs of lots of different ages at once.
Come as you are. Sit by the fire, meet other parents, move your body, nourish yourself and spend a slow morning with your baby. 🌿🔥
